ठण्डे पानी में कोई मोटा कपड़ा भिगोकर निचोड़ कर रख लें। फिर इस कपड़े को नाभी के निचे भाग में रखकर लेटे रहें। इस प्रयोग से जलन में बहुत जल्दी आराम होता है।
प्रातःकाल आधा दूध आधा पानी एक गिलास में डालकर दो चम्मच शक्कर घोलकर फेंट लें और पी जाएँ। चाय पीना बंद कर दें। दोपहर में एक गिलास ठण्डे पानी में नींबू निचोडकर दो चम्मच शक्कर घोल लें और पी जाएँ। इस प्रयोग से जलन बंद हो जाती है।
रात को एक गिलास पानी में गुलाब के १-२ फूल की पंखुड़ीयाँ डालकर ढँक कर रख दें, सुबह इसे मसलकर छान लें और इस पानी में एक चम्मच पिसी मिश्री घोल कर पी लें। जलन बंद हो जाएगी, एक सप्ताह तक सेवन करें।
एक मध्यम आकार के प्याज को कुचलकर करीब २५ ग्राम पानी में उबाले जब पानी आधा रह जाए, तो छानकर ठण्डा करके पिलायें। पेशाब की जलन ठीक होगी। यह प्रयोग दो दिन तक करें।
